Cave Man is the fifth episode of DiabLoL 1
Plot[]
The episode starts with three heroes, rogue, sorcerer and warrior, entering the caves. Scanning the area, they encounter a horned demon charging towards them. The trio are scared, but the horned demon immediately stops by the creek of lava. It cannot pass the small stream of lava, even attempting to reach its claws at the heroes. It walks around the lava creek left and right cluelessly.
Another horned demon suddenly hits the warrior from behind, and two of the demons begin punching him. The rogue helps by shooting arrows, but they instead shot down the stunned warrior while a demon cocks a pistol to fire at him.
Spitting terror is shown behind the two remaining heroes, and spews acid towards the sorcerer. The sorcerer retaliates using lightning, but he is still standing on the pool of acid. The rogue casts resurrection on the fallen warrior. They turn to see the sorcerer taking damage from acid—uttering damage sound effect from mouth nonchalantly—until he dies.
Horned demons, now three of them, rush towards the warrior and rogue quickly. The two heroes dodge, letting them enter the wooden gate fence behind them. Warrior locks the gate to imprison the demons behind the fence. They stroll around the fence in attempt to reach their enemies behind the borders.
After the sorcerer is resurrected, the heroes find the black mushroom. They speak astoundingly about how big the mushroom they have discovered, until the warrior comments that it's not such a big mushroom.
On credits scene, the Tristram is all covered under piles of gold and items. A background player is still doing duping technique.

Trivia[]
- This is the first DiabLol 1 episode taking place on different area outside Tristram, the caves.
- This is the first time accidental friendly fire occurs since "Zerg BM" in StarCrafts series.
In-game References[]
- This episode is based on Diablo quest, "Black Mushroom".
- Horned demon is shown unable to walk over the small lava stream. It is a reference to ridiculously narrow lava river that obstacles the enemies behind the player.
- Horned demons are seen strolling around the obstacles. This is an AI logic when enemies try to find the path when they are attracted towards the player characters.
- Rogue shooting the warrior down may be a reference to mistaken ranged target, causing a player killing in multiplayer game of Diablo. It is often called "PKing" since friendly fire is always turned on during the gameplay, making Diablo's PvP controversial over the course of game series.
